Refund Policy

Tuition Refund Policy 

The buyer may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction. The buyer must submit in writing their request for notice of cancellation within 72 hours. Within 10 days any monies received will be reimbursed. If buyer transfers to another coaching start date or seminar there is a $250.00 processing fee. Arbitration Clause 

If dispute arises out of or relates to this contract, or breach thereof, and if said so dispute cannot be settled through direct discussion, the parties agree at first endeavor to settle the dispute in an amicable manner by mediation administrated by the Canadian Arbitration Association under its Mediation Rules before resorting to arbitration. Thereafter any unsolved controversy or claim arising out of said contract, or breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration administered by the Canadian Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration rules and judgment upon the reward rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
